- Tuesday 10/21/97: There
have been some revisions to the slides - some material
from the subgame perfect lecture moved to the information
sets lecture and some material added to the end of the
information sets lecture. The discounting set of slides
of been significantly revised.
- Tuesday 10/21/97: Problem
sets will be distributed in section. If you miss picking
them up from section, you should get them from Enrique
Flores in his office.
- Friday 10/17/97: We have
an additional TA, Henrique Flores, and in addition Elisa
has changed her office hours. See the TA information page for details.

so you will have more opportunity to ask question and
interact. Please let us know what you think.

- Tuesday 9/30/97: WE WILL
MOVE TO A NEW ROOM ON THURSDAY. Beginning
Thursday October 2 we will meet in Dodd l2l.
- Tuesday 9/30/97: We are
increasing the size of the class. If you have satisfied
the prerequisites for Economics 101 and need the course
as a prerequisite for other upper division economics
courses, we will see that you get a seat. Please enroll
by computer. Transfer students who have taken the
equivalent of Economics 11 somewhere else should see the
undergraduate counselor (Julie Plotkin in
Bunche 2253) first, then see me for a permission to
enroll. Please bring all relevant documents with you. We
are making arrangements to increase the capacity of the
sections, and trying to find a second person to give
lectures, however arrangements for these are not yet
final.
- Tuesday 9/30/97: We will
not be covering the material on returns to scale from the
monopoly
slides in class. However, you
will be responsible for the material. You should read the
slides, and in addition the TAs will review the material
in section.
- Thursday 9/25/97: We hope to add an
additional lecture and TA sections to accomodate students
on the waiting list, and students who were erroneously
enrolled. Details will be provided as soon as we have
classrooms and authorization from the University to
proceed. I will not consider PTE's until we have a final
decision on increasing the size of the class.
- Wednesday 9/24/97: A computer error
allowed 15 extra students to enroll in the class. If you
are among the last 15 students to be enrolled you are not
automatically entitled to take the class.
