Ask a question about: Zero Sum Games
Respond to the question: Real estate bargaining?

My understanding is that real estate bargaining is zero-sum (offer and counter-offer until some agreement is made, one person's loss is the others gain).
I have also read that there is an optimal strategy, given your competitor's actions, with very simple assumptions on motivations.

Is there a resource (book or online simulator) that discusses/analyzes these transactions? [Manage messages]
