I'm a writer working on a story for an IT services trade association on advanced sales & marketing practices. My elementary understanding of game theory -- understanding the behavior and actions of parties in a situation in which their fortunes are interdependent, as lossolet defined my Bradenburger & Nalebuff -- as the be the epitome of the sales/marketing process.
